Welcome to APEX Fitness Challenge #5 , the fitness challenge that welcomes athletes that push beyond their limits. 

MORE THAN HYBRID. BUILT FOR BOTH. DARE TO BE DIFFERENT.

Each team will complete 3 different workouts testing various aspects of their fitness level in a fun, competitive style format and the top 5 in each division will advance to the 4th and final round.

PRIZES: Cash prizes for the top 3 winners in intermediate division

Teams of 4 only - MMFF

•  This is an RX competition, with scaled divisions available for beginner and casual CrossFitters
• The top 4 teams advancing to the finals
• Registration Fee: 1000 / Team
• Cash Prizes: 4000, 2000, 1000

APEX Athlete Insurance Waiver

Event: APEX Challenge 5 - Functional Fitness Competition

In consideration of being allowed to participate in the WODXB presented by APEX ("the Event") hosted by the Dubai Active Show and held at the Dubai World Trade Center, I, the undersigned participant, hereby acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Assumption of Risks: I am fully aware that participation in the Event involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, illness, or death. I understand and acknowledge that these risks cannot be eliminated entirely, despite the best efforts of APEX, the Dubai Active Show, and its affiliates.
2. Voluntary Participation: I willingly choose to participate in the Event and acknowledge that I am physically and mentally capable of engaging in the activities associated with the Event. I affirm that I have consulted with a healthcare professional regarding my fitness level and have received clearance to participate.
3. Release and Waiver: In consideration of being allowed to participate in the Event, I, on behalf of myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless APEX, the Dubai Active Show, its officers, directors, employees, agents, volunteers, sponsors, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me or any property owned by me during the Event, regardless of whether such loss, damage, or injury is caused by the negligence, gross negligence, or willful misconduct of the released parties.
4. Medical Treatment and Insurance: I acknowledge that APEX and the Dubai Active Show do not provide medical insurance coverage for participants. I understand that it is my responsibility to obtain and maintain my own medical insurance coverage to protect myself against any medical expenses or treatment costs that may arise as a result of my participation in the Event.
5. Compliance with Rules and Instructions: I agree to abide by all rules, regulations, and instructions provided by APEX, the Dubai Active Show, and its officials or representatives during the Event. I understand that failure to comply with these rules may result in my disqualification from the Event and may expose me to increased risks.
6. Photographic and Video Release: I grant APEX and the Dubai Active Show the irrevocable right to use any photographs, video footage, or other media capturing my image or likeness, taken during the Event, for promotional purposes without compensation or further permission.
7. Severability: If any provision of this waiver is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to be binding and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.

By purchasing this ticket and participating in the event, I acknowledge that I have carefully read and fully understand the contents of this APEX Athlete Insurance Waiver and voluntarily agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.
